Stoccly's item and product catalog is built for small manufacturers, makers, and DTC brands that need a single source of truth for everything they buy, build, and sell. Raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, kits, and finished goods all use the same record shape with consistent SKUs, units of measure, suppliers, and attribute fields.

A configurable SKU format keeps codes predictable across the catalog: pick a prefix per item type, a separator, and an auto-incrementing counter, and Stoccly enforces it on every new record while letting you override manually when you need to.

Add the metadata your team actually uses — material, finish, voltage, dimensions, hazmat class — as searchable, filterable attributes that flow through to purchase orders and CSV exports. Bulk-edit hundreds of items at once when you reassign suppliers, change default warehouses, or migrate a unit of measure.

Each item view shows on-hand quantities by warehouse, reorder rules in context, the supplier ledger, and recent stock movements. Open an item once and you know exactly where it lives, what it costs, and what it depends on.

Every item is automatically wired into the rest of Stoccly. A part can be a component on one bill of materials and a finished product on another. A finished good can appear on a sales record, in a build run, and on a CSV inventory export — all from the same canonical record. Discontinue an item and Stoccly stops surfacing it in new POs and builds but keeps it visible in historical reports for audits.
