Inventory software built by operators.
We make Stoccly because we got tired of running warehouses out of spreadsheets — and tired of ERPs that took six months to implement and a consultant to operate.
Our mission
Make small operations teams feel in control.
The teams running real-world products — manufacturers, makers, DTC brands, fabricators, distributors — deserve software that respects their time. Most don't need an ERP. They need a clean, fast, opinionated tool that handles parts, builds, suppliers, and stock without ceremony.
That's the only thing Stoccly does, and we're building it for the long haul.
Why Stoccly exists
We kept hitting the same wall.
Before Stoccly, we ran inventory the way most small teams do — a Google Sheet that started as a quick fix and slowly became the most important file in the company. Counts drifted. BOMs forked. Reorders were a Friday afternoon panic.
We tried the alternatives: a 12-screen ERP that needed a dedicated admin, a "modern" tool that turned out to be a glorified product list, a custom Notion build that nobody else on the team would touch. Nothing fit a team of 5–50 people who actually move physical things every day.
So we built the tool we wanted. Multi-warehouse stock, real bills of materials, production tracking that posts atomically, supplier-grouped POs, and insights that tell you what to reorder before you run out — all in something a new hire can learn in an afternoon.
What we believe
Four principles we won't trade away.
Operators first
Every feature gets stress-tested against real warehouse workflows before it ships. If it doesn't help on a Tuesday afternoon, it doesn't go in.
Ship constantly
Small, frequent releases beat quarterly rollouts. You'll see improvements every week, not a six-month roadmap reveal.
Honest pricing
Per-seat, transparent, no surprise upsells when your catalog grows. The plan you sign up for is the plan you keep.
You own your data
CSV export on every list, full audit trail, and EU hosting. Your inventory is yours — leave any time without losing a row.
How we build
Close to customers. Building in the open.
We're a small EU-based team. Every customer can talk to a builder — no support tier shuffling, no "we'll pass it along." Most features in Stoccly came directly from a conversation with someone running a real shop.
We ship in weeks, not quarters. We post a monthly recap of what changed, what we learned, and what's next. If you've got an opinion on how inventory should work, we want it.
What's next
Themes we're working toward.
- Deeper insights. More forecasting horizons, supplier-level analytics, scenario modelling for reorder strategy.
- Production planning. Build scheduling, capacity awareness, and lead-time-aware procurement.
- Integrations. Sales channels, accounting, shipping — clean two-way sync, never duplicate inventory.
- Mobile-first floor work. Even better scanning, offline-tolerant counts, and per-station workflows.
No dated promises. Themes shift as we learn.
